HDI Certification Paths:
The HDI certification cover four different career paths by offering four different certification tracks so that students can match their certification track to their job role or industry. The four HDI certification tracks are:
Help Desk Analyst which consists of the HDI Help Desk Analyst (HDA) certification

Support Center Team which consists of the Support Center Team Lead (SCTL) certification

Support Center Leadership Program which consists of the HDI Support Center Leadership Program (SCLP) certification

Help Desk Manager which consists of the HDI Help Desk Manager (HDM) certification

HDI Specialization Certification
In addition, HDI also offers a specialist certification in specific technology areas. The specialist certification is:
HDI Customer Support Specialist (CSS)

HDI Recertification:
Recertification is not key feature of HDI certification. A successful HDI Certification student will hold the HDI certification for forever.
